The Business Village actively supports local businesees by offering flexible managed work space and offices to rent to businesses in approved business sectors, together with targeted business support.

As a non-profit distribution organisation, our objective is to realise a reasonable return on our asset base to enable regular re-investment and maintenance of our infrastructure.

The Business Village is located on two sites in Barnsley; at Wilthorpe and Cudworth. Situated in attractive landscaped environments with ample car parking, the buildings present an impressive image for client companies and their customers. Both locations are within easy reach of the M1, A1 and Barnsley town centre.

As a not-for-profit distribution organisation, we rely on assistance from the Barnsley business community, the local council, SYMCA, and Europe where possible to support our efforts.
